Virginia Vines Waters

Virginia passed away July 24, 2016 after a very courageous 3 year fight with cancer. She grew up in New Castle, Delaware moving to Omaha NE in 1973. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Virginia Vines and brother, Ralph, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Richard H. Waters III; son, Richard H. (Angie) Waters, IV of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; daughter, Kristen L. Waters of Jackson, WY; grandchildren, Katelyn Rose and Richard H. Waters V; brothers, William (Alice) Vines and Parker Vines; best friend and “soul sister”, Dianna Baker of Hockessin, DE; granddogs, Elle and Ms. Charlie Rose.

Thursday, July 28, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at the John A. Gentleman Pacific St. Chapel. Visitation Thursday staring at 10:00 a.m.
