Allen Frederick Brown

Allen proudly served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a steward for Union Pacific Railroad and was a long-time driver for Metro Area Transit.



Preceded in death by wife, Hilda Brown; daughter, Colleen Wiles; and brother, Paul Brown. Survived by children, David (Mary) Brown, Steve (Stella) Brown, and Barb Yarges; grandchildren, Amy (Don) King, Jim Yarges, Ben Wiles, Katie (Christian) Diel, and Emily Wiles; one great-grandchild; and cousin, Sister Mary Clare.



Visitation will be held from 5:30-7pm with the Rosary recited at 7pm Wednesday, March 2 at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries 72nd Street Chapel. Graveside service will be at 10am Thursday at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.



Memorials suggested to Sisters of Poor Clare.
