Angeline “Angie” S. Koep

January 21, 1935 – August 21, 2021

Angie was born in Sioux City, IA to Joseph and Myrtle (Herold) Detrick. Mom dedicated her life to raising and loving her family. Angie was proud to have worked her way up in management in Donnelly Marketing Company. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mom, granma, and great granma. She had a love of games and enjoyed goofing around with her family. Angie will be remembered for her sassy sense of humor and her beautiful and classy style. She will forever be missed.

Survived by husband, Richard Koep; children: Skip (Tiia) Richer, Doug (Chris) Richer, Brad (Christene) Hanson, Angie (Jeff) Busch and Christy Porter; stepchildren, Cindy (Gay) Hanson and Rick (Bobbi) Hanson; sister-in-law: Theresa Detrick: Richard’s children: Bruce (Kim) Koep, Jean (Ron) Wilms and Alan (Sheryl) Koep; many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; brothers: George, Harold, Art and Don; stepdaughter, Karen Coombs; grandson, Shane Coombs.

Celebration of Life is on August 26, 2021 at 10:00 am at Morningside Lutheran Church 700 S. Martha St, Sioux City, IA 51106.
