Austin grew up in Salina, KS where he attended Central High School and was an active Boy Scout with Troop 214. He moved to Nebraska his junior year of high school where he graduated from Glenwood High School in Glenwood, IA class of 2019. Austin loved his friends and family and was always there to help anyone who needed him. He worked at McKay Landscape Lighting and really enjoyed the work he did.
Survived by parents, Ted and Kari Vogan; sisters, Taylor (Zak) Duncan and Lauryn Vogan; nieces and nephews, Jerry “J.R.” Armendariz, Reece Duncan, Kellan Hartmann and Blair Duncan; grandparents, Jerry Thompson and Mabel (Larry) Moore; extended family members and friends. Preceded in death by grandparents, Marie Thompson and Gary Vogan.
Funeral Service Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 3:00PM with Visitation 1 hour prior at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries Bellevue Chapel. Memorials may be made in Austin’s name to the Nebraska Humane Society.
