Jean Clark Korff was born Sept. 15,1929 to Bernard and Maybelle Clark in Lincoln, Nebraska.
She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in 1947. She was a member of KKG Sorority, and graduated from UNL in 1951 with a BS. in Education. She went on to teach High School at Mercy High, in Omaha, Beatrice High School and Hebron High.
She married Don Korff in 1953. Jean and Don went on to have four children.
She was in the Junior League of Omaha, served as the Myers Children’s Guild President, Arch Bishop Bergen Mercy Board, Townhall Board, Kappa Alumni, Assoc., Salvation Army Board and CTK Guild.
She enjoyed playing bridge and reading. Jean loved traveling with Don on business trips and abroad. She had a great love of golfing and was fortunate to spend many years in Florida for the Winter. Jean was a diehard Nebraska Husker Fan!
She was preceded in death by her parents, her three sisters, Mary Claire, Dorothy, Marjorie,
her husband Donald Korff, son Michael Korff and grandson David Korff.
She survived by her brother, Joe Clark, children Stephen Korff, ( Laurie), James Korff,( Lisa), Kathy Korff Frahm and grandchildren: Andrew Korff, Peter Korff, Megan Korff-Fetters, ( Kirk), Courtney Frahm, Kylie Korff, Sam Korff, Caroline Frahm and Christian Frahm.
We celebrate and honor our dear Mom and feel so blessed that she lived a wonderful and faith filled 91 years.
