Betty Eby

Betty Eby, age 96 of Omaha, passed away May 17, 2024.

Preceded in death by her husband, Carl Eby; daughter, Kathy Ann; grandchildren, Michael, and Jamie; her sister and two brothers. Survived by her son, Alan Eby, many nieces, and nephews.

Betty was born in Omaha in 1928.  She graduated from Benson high School and married Carl in her parent’s back yard.  They lived in Idaho, the pan handle of Nebraska, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Little Rock, Arkansas before moving back to Omaha.   She was active with Carl in VFW #2503 and its Auxiliary.  She loved embroidery, sewing, reading, and making her carrot cake.
