Bruce William Carpenter

Bruce William Carpenter, age 82 of Omaha, passed away at home on September 23, 2023 surrounded by family.

A man of extraordinary work ethic, Bruce worked as a territory manager and manufacturer’s sales representative for 42 years; most of those years he proudly claimed the ‘top representative’ title. While his work was important to him, Bruce also had a passion for golf. He held a lifetime membership at Deer Creek Golf Course and also enjoyed family outings on the golf course and courses across the country. Family was also second to none to Bruce, and he will be greatly missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.

Survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jayne Carpenter; children, Brad Carpenter (Jennifer Bieber), Angela (John) Proplesch, Paige (Tyson) Whitney; grandchildren, Cory Proplesch, Beron Carpenter, Ariel (Nathan) Cottingham, Cody Proplesch, Daniel VanHouse, Casey Proplesch, Colton Proplesch, Samantha VanHouse, Mila Carpenter, Po Carpenter; great-grandsons, Beau, Titus & Elijah. 

Private family services will be held for Bruce.
