Camilla was born in 1925 in Columbus, Ne. She attended St. Bonaventure School. After graduating from High School she entered Creighton Memorial St. Joseph's School of Nursing. After graduation from nurses training she worked 5 years at the American Red Cross blood bank and 25 years at St. Joseph's Hospital.Preceded in death by husband, Russell Nelson; parents; 3 brothers; 2 sisters.Survived by son, James (Sheila) Nelson; granddaughter, Sarah (Adam) Nelson Wiese; sister, Sr. Winifred Moersen, OSF; numerous nieces and nephews.
