Cliff attended Trumble Park Elementary School in Papillion, Nebraska, Papillion-LaVista South H.S. and Lincoln Southwest H.S. in Lincoln, graduating in 2021. He then pursued aspirations of becoming a pilot and just finished his first year in the UNO Aviation Program.
At Papillion-LaVista South, he was a proud member of the Titan Trap Team his 8th, 9th and 10th grade years, lettering his sophomore and Jr years. He was in the Top Squad his 8th grade year. He won the Omaha all City Shoot Out and the Intermediate Division at the State Championships his sophomore year. He busted bluerocks in the rain sleet and snow, it did not matter. Cliff was flying almost every week performing take offs and landings. He was a natural pilot and told he was one of the best first time off the runway.
Cliff became an excellent outdoorsman, hunting pheasants, quail, turkeys, and catching trout on the fly-rod. On several trips to South Dakota, he outshot the old guys and was known for making amazing long shots.
Cliff also through gritty determination became a good wake boarder and snow skier. He never gave up, despite numerous falls.
Cliff never hurt or offended anyone. He was the kindest, sweetest, gentle soul you would ever meet. He never spoke a harsh word or complaint He always wanted to please and help others. He had an infectious smile, laugh, and sense of humor, always ready for a good prank.
Most importantly, Cliff accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was baptized at Christ Community Church in Omaha on June 12 2016. When interviewed after, he said " Now I get to go to Heaven." We know the Good Lord welcomed you ,early, into Paradise, and you finally received your wings. We know you will always be with us in spirit, and we will see you again, when God calls us home.
