Survived by her husband Hugh S. Levin, M.D.; children, Deborah Ann (Paul) Hoffman, Michael Scott (Jane) Levin; grandchildren, Lisa, Ann and Eric; 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Rita Kavares.

Services:

Services will be held Thursday, 5:00 P.M. at Temple Israel, 13111 Streling Ridge Drive.

Memorials:

Memorials are suggested to Temple Israel or your favorite charity.

Interment:

A private family interment service will be held at the Temple Israel Cemetery.
