Dennis J. Mcnulty

Denny “Obie” McNulty was born in Omaha, NE on December 15th, 1942, to Mary Ellen and Donald McNulty at St. Joseph’s hospital. He graduated from South High School in 1961 and went on to serve in the Navy from 1961 – 1965. Following his service in the Navy, Denny worked for Western Electric, retiring after 35 years.

Denny and his beloved wife Trudy were married on October 7th, 1967. Denny and Trudy are the proud parents of four children: Jeff, John, Tracy, and Brian. Throughout Denny’s years of retirement, he loved spending time with his grandchildren, golfing, and bowling with his friends. Denny was a dedicated grandfather, who never missed a sporting event, school concert, or dance recital.

Denny passed away on May 29th, 2023, at the age of 80 years old. Denny is survived by his wife Trudy, children Jeff, John (Kristen), Tracy (Jim) Watsabaugh and Brian, six grandchildren Jack, Claire and Michelle Watsabaugh, Katie, Sean and Kevin McNulty, sisters Sandy Agena, Dorothy Headley, Marie Marro and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Martin and sister Christie Lubsen.
