Survived by wife, Janet Hoffman; children, Amy (Jim), Matt (Jen), Eric (Robin); very special grandchildren, Ben, Ellie, Lou, Vera, Charlie, Lily and Sailor; siblings, Dick (Jean) Hoffman, Judy (Phil) Euler; many much-loved nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service Monday 5:30pm at the John A. Gentleman 72nd Street Chapel.
