Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Stella and Harry Hodges; brothers, Howard and Willard Hodges and Infant daughter, Diane Williams.
She is survived by her husband, Perry T. Williams, MD., sons, Perry Williams, Stephen, MD. (Lori) Williams and Mark Williams; grandchildren, Eric, Scott, Tim, Paul Daniel, John Williams, Kathleen Huerter; four great grandchildren.
She was a graduate of the University of South Dakota. While there, she served as the President of the Alpha Phi Sorority, Panhellenic President, a member of the Motar Board National Honors Society and the University’s 1947 Miss Dakota.
She made significant contributions to the following boards and committees, The Omaha Symphony Guild and Board of Directors, The Board of American Symphony Orchestra League, Joslyn Art Museum, Aksarben Ball Committee, St. Joseph and Bergan Mercy Hospitals’ Guilds, Omaha Hearing School, Cathedral Arts Society and the Institute for Priestly Formation. She was also appointed to, and served on, the Nebraska Arts Council for many years.
When it came to her own time, Donna loved visiting with family and friends and just about anyone else. She loved playing Bridge, traveling and live performances. But, more than anything else, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and more recently, great grandchildren.
