Earl A. Markworth

Earl was born to Alfred F. and Esther F. (Conrad) Markworth in Central City, NE. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. He graduated from Shelton, Nebraska High School in the class of 1962. Earl married Alana D. Lundquist on December 25, 1965. From this union there were 3 children.



He worked as a beekeeper with Kehm Bros. Apiaries and was a patrolman with Grand Island Police Dept. He worked at New Holland as a machinist for 26 years. He was last employed by AAL for 2 years.



Earl was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Gene and Wayne; great grandson, Zachery. He is survived by wife, Alana; children, Doug (Terssa) Markworth, Deb (Tom) Whitmire, and Russ (Tiffany) Markworth; 28 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.



FUNERAL SERVICE Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11AM with VISITATION 1 hour prior at 10AM at Pilgrim Lutheran Church 2311 Fairview Rd, Bellevue, NE. Memorials can be made to the family. All memorials will be used to fund the promotion of conservation and wildlife that Earl so loved.
