Eric was the founder of Voodoo Taco.



Preceded in death by brother, Chris Newton; grandmothers, Letty Wille and Margery (Mams) Welch; and mother-in-law, Phyllis Nichols.



Survived by wife Colleen (Nichols) Newton; daughters, Courtney Nichols and Emma Newton; mother, Deb McGauley; father and stepmother, Paul (Christy) Newton of Burleson, TX; brothers, Jeremy (Kelly) Newton of Burleson, TX and Aaron (Brianna Bader) Newton; father-in-law, Jack Nichols; numerous sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.



Visitation:

Visitation with the family begins Thursday at 5:00 PM, with a Wake Service at 7:00 PM, all at St. James Catholic Church, 9025 Larimore Ave, Omaha, NE 68134.



Memorials:

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
