Eric Michael Bennett

Eric was born to Howard and Valerie Bennett. He graduated from North High School and Metropolitan Community College. He enjoyed cashiering at Target and was an Usher Captain at Dundee Presbyterian Church. His smile and kindness to everyone made the world a brighter place. Eric passed away peacefully at home.



Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents, Grover and Evelyn Bennett; grandfather, Harvey Kegley; and aunt, Candy Kegley.

He is survived by his parents; grandmother, Eileen Kegley; brother, Mark (Megan) Bennett; Godson, Maximus and niece, Monet; sister, Sara Bennett; aunt, Shelley (Rob) Abraham; uncle, Shawn (Jennifer) Kegley; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.



Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, August 23, 2015 at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries 72nd Street Chapel.



Funeral service will be at 1:15 PM Monday, August 24, 2015 at Dundee Presbyterian Church, 5312 Underwood Ave, followed by burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
