Preceded in death by wife of 65 years, Mary Claire VaVerka Ringel; parents, Ernest and Helen; brothers, Eugene and John; sister, Bette Otten.
Survived by brother, Jim (Mary Jo) Ringel; daughters, Kathy (Phil) Popelka, Suzie (Mark) Hohneke, Tricia (Kent) Speer; son, Bill (Kristy) Ringel; Grandchildren, Randy (Liana) Speer, Laura, Katie Speer, Madeline, Nick Hohneke, Abi, Megan Ringel; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Many thanks to all who provided care, Fr. Cook, Dr. Recker, the staff from Aksarben Village, and VNA Hospice.
