Evangelina Rodriguez

Evangelina Rodriguez, age 76 passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 23, 2023. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She was born to Maria Hernandez and Francisco Manzo on December 3, 1946 in Michoacán, Mexico. 

Evangelina loved to love people. She was known for being a wonderful caregiver to the children of many family and friends. Her hands were rarely still as she was always cooking, gardening, or caring for others. She loved shopping, attending family gatherings, and traveling. Evangelina loved life and was fearless in all her endeavors. She enjoyed bringing people together, and she will live on through all the hearts she touched.

Evangelina is survived by her 7 children, Sergio, Sonia, Hector, Erica, Rodrigo, Tania, Fred, her 27 grandchildren, and her 7 great grandchildren. 

Evangelina was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile and laugh could light up a room. She cared deeply for those around her and made an impact on so many lives. She was a strong fighter, but we know she is free of pain and flying peacefully. Her legacy will carry on forever reminding us to care for one another. She will forever be missed.
