Evelyn K. Lomneth

Evelyn Kalb Lomneth was born 9/9/1919 in Springfield IL and passed away on June 26, 2015 in Omaha, NE. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 1941, married in 1946, and raised four children. After moving to Omaha in 1995, she continued her hobbies of painting, crafts, music (piano & singing) and volunteering at both New Cassel and Methodist Hospital. She enjoyed travel and wrote frequent letters to friends and family.



She is survived by her children, Charlene (Tedd) Tritt of OR, Marcia (Doug Piper) Lomneth of CA, Nancy (Mark Boyd) Lomneth of WA, and Richard (Carol) Lomneth of NE, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild and two nephews.



Services:

Funeral service Tuesday, 11:00am at the 72nd Street Chapel with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
