Frances was deeply committed to her family, friends and her community. Her generosity, kindness and positive outlook on life was an inspiration to everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Blumkin and parents, Nathan and Jenny Veitzer.
Survived by sons, Ron (Chris) Blumkin, Irv (Susie) Blumkin, Steve (Cindy) Blumkin; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Irving (Gail) Veitzer and Norman Veitzer; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service: Monday Oct. 3, 10:00 A.M. at Temple Israel,13111 Sterling Ridge Road.
