Survived by wife, Judy; daughter, Michele (Craig) Andersen; grandchildren, Shayla and Justin Andersen; brother, Lonnie (Bonnie) Hephner; sister, Joyce (Dan) Lincicome; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
