Joan Sullivan
September 25, 1930 — June 27, 2018
Joan graduated from the University of Iowa with a teaching degree and taught in Denver CO, Cedar Rapids and Belle Plaine IA. She enjoyed gambling, traveling, was an avid reader and history buff. Joan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.
She is survived by husband, Denis Sullivan; daughter, Kirsten (Jeff) Wooten; son, Brennan Sullivan; grandchildren, Jeff Wooten, Jr., Shannon (Adi) Kunalic and Colleen Wooten; nephews, John (Jennifer) Wilkinson, Jr., Jeff (son Cole) Wilkinson; nieces, Leslie Wilkinson, Kriss (Joe) Petruzelli. Preceded in death by parents, W.J. and Florence Wilkinson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Darlene Wilkinson, John and Barb Wilkinson and nephew Bill Wilkinson III.
