Kimberly Marie Pacaj

Kimberly Marie Pacaj, 58, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away on January 10, 2021, following complications from a sudden illness. She was born on August 20, 1962, to Paul and Carma Pacaj of Omaha. Preceding her in death were her father, Paul Pacaj, paternal grandparents Jan and Katherine Pacaj, and her maternal grandfather, William Rumsey.

A 1980 graduate of Marian High School in Omaha, Kim went on to graduate with a major in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. As an adult, she served many roles with the Kiwanis Nebraska-Iowa District Foundation. At the time of her passing she was serving as a Division 20 Trustee.

Kim and her mother, avid fans of Irish Music, spent the last few years traveling the country with their Boston Terrier and constant companion, Annie Rose, attending concerts, retreats and cruises from coast to coast. She lived life to the fullest following her favorite Irish musicians of Celtic Thunder, Byrne and Kelly, and The High Kings. A dedicated caregiver to her Carma, they made many special memories traveling the country.

She is survived by her mother Carma Pacaj of Omaha, Nebraska, her Aunt Eugenia Pacaj and many special friends from all over the world, affectionately knowns as “Thunderheads from CT Land”.
