Survived by fiancé, Kelly Kurz; children, Hope Juracek (Patrick Fischer), Hannah Juracek (James Kuzelka) and Derek Juracek (Danielle Trejo); granddaughter, Gilly Fischer; parents, Lauren and Elda Juracek; siblings, Lori Nelson, Kyle and Chris Juracek; beloved dog, Pal. Kurt’s children will fondly remember their dad with the song lyrics, “We’re just a living legacy to the leader of the band”- Dan Fogelberg.
