Survived by loving husband of 42 years, Richard Howard; sons, Minh Phan and Robert Howard; sisters, Sen Hannigan and Cuc Tong, many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Services:

Funeral service Thursday, 3:00pm at the Bellevue - Sarpy County Chapel

Visitation:

Visitation with the family Thursday, 2:00pm to 3:00pm at the funeral home. The family will receive guests after the service as well.
