Marc B. Delman

Marc Bernie Delman was born on June 24th, 1954, in Omaha, Nebraska. Marc passed away February 8th, 2025. He was a beloved son, husband, father, uncle, friend, and colleague. He received his JD from Creighton Law School and was an attorney for 45 years, practicing legal defense, public defense, and serving as a county attorney in both Douglas & Sarpy County. Marc was preceded in death by parents, Mollie and Louis Delman and daughter, Sarah. Aunt/Uncle Bess and Morris Becker, Cousin Marshal Becker, Brother in laws Tim McElroy and Michael Mullen, nephews Collin Mullen McElroy and Matthew Ryan Oberst.

Marc is survived by his wife, Mary Larsen, sons Nick (Kristin) and Max (Hannah), as well as son, Benjamin, from a previous marriage. He is also survived by daughter Sara Conrad (Sean) and son Eric Larsen (Jennifer). His grandchildren include Augustine, Orriah, Paul, Aria, Athanasius, Enoch, and Louie.

Marc was an avid collector of old childhood toys, bizarre oddities, and his favorite — all things Groucho. In lieu of sympathy cards, Marc prefers you send “Get Well” cards. Donations can be made to the Nebraska Children’s Home Society, the March of Dimes, or a charity of your choice.
