Marilyn A. Lake passed away peacefully on April 6, 2023 at age 79.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years Thomas, her parents Theodore and Bernice and her sister Joan.
She is survived by siblings: Kenneth, Ted and Carol; her 5 children: Jennifer, Thomas III (Margaret), Steven (Carol), Brian (Stephanie) and Timothy (Sarah); and 12 grandchildren: Robert, Meghan, Johnathan, Milana, Nicholas, Henry, Morgan, Joseph, Charlotte, Jenna, Samantha and Nolan.
Marilyn was a dedicated stay-at-home mom. She was an excellent cook and loved to collect and try new recipes. Her specialties were cookies and pizza. For several years, she worked in food service for Millard Public Schools. After retiring, she and her husband Tom loved spending time with and taking care of their grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed as she was a very warm, welcoming and loving woman with a strong faith and a deep commitment to family.
