Mary G. Nevinski

Mary Grace Nevinski - dedicated wife, mother of three children, two grandchildren, and faithful servant of God - passed away on December 8th, 2022 at the age of 74, at home with her family in Omaha, Nebraska.

Mary was born to Bernard and Eva Zelazoski in Antigo, Wisconsin on July 31st, 1948. She graduated from Our Lady of the Holy Cross high school in Merrill, Wisconsin in 1966. She married James Nevinski at St Mary’s in Antigo on July 31st, 1971. They moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 1977.

She enjoyed making and sharing meals for friends, family, and the church, playing games with family and friends, sewing and quilting. She loved travel and family gatherings.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Eva, and her brothers, Joseph and Thomas. She is survived by her husband, James, their children Therese and Robert Cochran in Omaha, Mike and Staci in Des Moines, Iowa, and Jeff and Kristy in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and her grandchildren Britain and Locke.
