Mike DeLost, age 65, passed away on December 15, 2018 in Bellevue, NE. He was born in Baltimore, MD, on June 27, 1953 to parents John DeLost and Pauline (Detorie) DeLost.
Mike was a devoted husband, loving son and brother, and a loyal and true friend. After his discharge from the Air Force in 1976, Mike began bartending at Mt. Fuji Inn where he worked for over 40 years. He was affectionately known as “Mai Tai Mike” by many in the Omaha community. He will be remembered by all who knew him for the countless stories he told.
Mike is survived by his wife Angela Brown; two brothers: John DeLost of Baltimore, MD; Robert Delost Sr and wife Dawn of Pasadena, MD; two nephews: Robert Delost Jr of Stevensville, MD, and Chase Delost of Pasadena, MD; one niece: Ciarra Delost of Glen Burnie, MD; and two adored cats: Coal and Chance. He was preceded in death by his parents,; stepfather George Delost Sr; brother George Delost, Jr; and niece Morgan DeLost.
