Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Mable Kollbaum; brother, Wayne Kollbaum; and husband, Milton Berg.



Survived by children, Robert Schmitz, Susan Ayers, David Schmitz, Amy (Jeremy) Olson, and Laura (Brian) Osborn; grandchildren, Shelby Schmitz, Jennifer, Rachel, William, and Matthew Ayers, Amethyst Schmitz, Madison, Savanna, and Dakota Olson, William and Cameron Osborn; great-grandson, Hunter Illg; brother, Doug (Sharon) Kollbaum; and numerous other loving family and friends.



Visitation with the family will be from 4:30 to 7 PM Monday, November 23, 2015 at John A. Gentleman 72nd Street Chapel. Private family interment will precede a memorial service which will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, November 24, 2015, also at John A. Gentleman 72nd Street Chapel.



Memorials are suggested to the family and will be given to animal rescue organizations of the family's choosing.
