Patricia Ann O'Connell Humphrey

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund “Jack” Humphrey; her parents, Christina and William F. O’Connell; and siblings, Sr. M. Jerome, OSF, Theresa O’Connell, Clare Flecky, Helen Haas, Richard O’Connell, and William O’Connell.



She is survived by her sister, Margaret O’Connell; sister-in-law, Grace O’Connell; brother-in-law, George Flecky; and many loving nieces and nephews



In lieu of flowers, MEMORIALS may be made to St. Wenceslaus Church, or the Hansen House of Council Bluffs, IA.
