Survived by his loving wife Jen; daughters Hannah and Megan; mother Sue Maly; parents-in-law Frank & Pam Kucirek; brother-in-law Kris Kucirek; sister-in-law Jackie (Mike) Hrncirik; nieces and nephews Mackenzie & Ethan Kucirek Chase & Morgan Hrnicik; aunts and uncles Janice Maly, Mary Kay & Chris Masters, Carol Maly, Robert & Deloris Maly; and a host of cousins and their families - John & Julie Wilmes, Patricia Johnson, Mike & Patti Wilmes, Barb & Dennis Gottula, William & Celine Fehringer, Dave Fehringer & Sarah Hall, Jane & Rod Bartos, Terry Maly, Tim & Liz Maly, Lee & Peggy Mlady, Kathy & Wally Warner, Monica Mlady-Behrendt, Margo & Dave Cole, Regina & Chaun Heywood, Brenda & Mat Monson, and Marie & Kevin Stamm; Randy & Shelly Lee, Shelly Miller, Danette & Jud Hunter, and Danny & Ronell Lee.
