Paul Richards

Paul Richards passed away at home in Omaha on January 6th after a two year battle with cancer. Paul was born in 1958 to Charles and Rose (Gilbey) Richards in Nottingham, England. He studied speech therapy at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. In 1990 he received a Bachelor of Professional Studies in psychology from the University of Westminster and, in 1995, became a licensed psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy—continuing a decades long career dedicated to helping people overcome their challenges.

Paul moved to Pawtucket, Rhode Island in 2012 to marry Laura Marlane. They moved to Omaha in 2015 with step-son George Dixon. Paul is survived by wife Laura; step-son George; close friends Chris Law of Nottingham, and Imogen Verret of London. He will be deeply missed by all.
