Survived by wife, Joan; children, Tom Hoffman, Mike “Bucky” Hoffman, Kathy (Tim) Smith; granddaughters, Marinna, Carmela and Adrianna Smith; brother, Dennis (Delores) Hoffman; sisters, Elaine Sundahl, Kay (Wes) Wallis; many other loving family and friends.

Memorial Service Tuesday, November 29, 2016, 10:30 a.m. at the St. Pius X Church, Omaha, NE. Inurnment Westlawn – Hillcrest Cemetery.



Visitation:

Memorial visitation Monday, November 28, 2016, starting at 5:00 p.m. with Wake at 7:00 p.m. all at the John A. Gentleman 72nd Street Chapel. Memorials to the family for future designation.
