Ramona M. Snook (Nee Wiegand)

Ramona Marie Snook (Wiegand), age 92 of Omaha, passed away on July 28, 2023 after a long and full life.

She is remembered as a feisty 4’10 farm girl turned Avon Lady who possessed a big smile and quick wit; Affectionally nick named Monie in her younger years.

Ramona loved to read, play cards and beat anyone who dared challenge her in Scrabble. Poetry held a special place in her heart, and she freely wrote them for family and friends as a way to celebrate all occasions. She will be missed for her world class snuggles.

Ramona is preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Snook; parents, Estella & William Wiegand; siblings, Patricia, Dwain, Verl, LeRoy, Bill, LaDonna & Maxine.

She leaves behind her children, Cindy (Rob) Carter, Dan (Tori) Snook; grandchildren, Nick (Melissa) Carter, Melissa (Daniel) Mixan, London Cunningham Snook; great-grandchildren, Devin (Emily) Carter, Alivya Carter, Nicholas Carter, Adlyn Mixan, Cynthia Mixan, Maitlyn Mixan; brother, Robert Wiegand; many other loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
