Richard L. "Dick" Herman

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Mabel Herman; wife, Margaret “Peg” Herman; brother, Dale Herman; daughter Catherine Bates McHugh and granddaughter, Megan Herman. Survived by children, Anne Herman Jensen of Scottsdale, Richard “Rick” (Sherry) Herman of Omaha, Michael Herman of Fort Meyer, Sister-in-law, Lois Ann “Nan” Martin; son-in-law, Martin McHugh of Rockville. 8 Grandchildren, John (Karen) Bates, Mary (Tom) MacVittie, Sara Bates, Richard “Rich” (Jenn) Herman, Susan Herman, Chris (Alison) Jensen, Adam Jensen and David Jensen. Eight great grandchildren. Devoted caregivers, Ninfa and Leonardo. He was a wonderful family man, avid golfer and a huge Husker Fan!



Services:

A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held Wednesday, July 15, 9:30 A.M. at Christ the King Catholic Church.



Visitation:

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 14, 5:30 P.M. – 7 P.M. at the John A. Gentleman Mortuaries, 72nd Street Chapel, 1010 North 72 Street Omaha, Nebraska 68114.
