She is survived by aunt, Bert Lewis of Omaha; cousins, Nancy Lewis Lazer of Omaha, Stephen Lewis of Wellington, FL, Joel Lewis of San Jose, CA, Shelly Lewis (Dennis Kardon) of New York, NY, Lisa Lewis (Serge Goldstein) of Ewing, NJ; numerous relatives and friends.
