Shirley Ann Carter

Loving wife and mother, Shirley was also fondly known as Nonny to so many. She passed away peacefully on March 17, 2017. Shirley is preceded in death by her brother, Claude Shipps. Survived by her husband, John Carter; daughter, Alicia (Jason) Elmore of Bellevue; sons, Allen Krueger of Omaha and Eldon (Kim) Krueger of Syracuse, NE; grandchildren, Collin and Cade Richards, Jocelyn Elmore, Shawn Krueger, Ryan (Courtney) Krueger, and Aubrieanna Krueger; loving brothers and sisters.
