Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Kohanek; parents, Andrew and Frances Lukowski; 3 sisters and 5 brothers. Survived by daughters, Mary (Chris) Lunde, Julie Kohanek and Jennifer (Mark) Quinlan; grandchildren: Bridget, Joe (Amy), Kelsie, Thomas, Andrew, Ben, Ryan, Kyle, Megan and Molly; brother, Richard (Connie) Lukowski; sister-in-law, Zita Kohanek; many special nieces and nephews and family friends.
Faith, family and friends were Theresa’s life. She was a mom to many and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
