Theresa M Mccaslin

Theresa Marie McCaslin (nee Hoffman) died peacefully at home surrounded by family on August 11, 2017.



She is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Dr. Joseph R. McCaslin; sons and daughters-in-law John and Pam, Pat and KC, Jim and Jackie, Marty and Maggie, Joe and Deb, Bob, Tom and Leslie, Paul and Debbie, and Ted and Lori; daughters and sons-in-law Mary and Christopher Thompson, Ann and Steve Sanchez, and Maureen and Raul Borrego; 35 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She loved them all generously!



She is preceded in death by her beloved family – parents Albin and Mary Hoffman; brothers Albin, Lawrence, and Tom; and sisters Mary Frances and Regina.



Theresa cared for others throughout her whole life. She was a 1955 graduate of Saint Catherine School of Nursing, worked at Saint Catherine's Hospital, and returned to nursing after raising her family, doing home visits for the Visiting Nurse Association.



Services:

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 14, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 69th and Blondo Street Omaha, Nebraska.



Visitation:

Visitation begins Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. with a Wake Service at 5:00 P.M. in the St. Pius X Catholic Church, 69th and Blondo Street Omaha, Nebraska.
