Thomas P. Jensen

April 13, 1941 — October 17, 2024

Tom grew up in Irvington, NE. After high school, he served in the US Navy and later met Sharon Kuehl. They married and raised four sons in Gretna. He was a certified welder, a mechanic and at one time operated Jensen 66 in Gretna. He could fix anything with a pair of pliers, some wire and duct tape. He was a volunteer fireman, raced midget cars, loved fishing and his horses and dogs. Ornery to the end. We'll miss you TP.

Preceded in death by parents Paul and Anne Jensen; son Lon Jensen; mother-in-law Grace Kuehl.

Survived by his loving wife Sharon Jensen; sons Randy (Christina) Sump, Thomas (Stephanie) Jensen Jr, Lee Jensen; grandchildren Ryan Sump, Austin (Tessa) Jensen, Cody Jensen, Jesse Jensen, Doltyn Garule, Kolbe Garule, Christopher (Rebecca) Jensen; great grandchildren Hallie, Bash, Skyla; sister Nancy (Sonny) Schmidt.
