Doc is survived by his wife, Lee Bates; daughters, Dehila Lozier and Karen (Larry) Bates-Crouch; grandchildren, Vicki Mayer, Cindy Broyhill, Ricky Logeman, Jon Lozier, Jason Lozier, Nathan Lozier, Krystal Lozier and Aislinn Jemes; numerous great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Elsie Bates; adopted daughter, Patricia Logeman and son in law, Terry Lozier.
