Yung Ja "Eiko" Anderson

Yung Ja Anderson, known as Eiko to her friends and family, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 9, 2025  

Born in Tokyo, Japan on January 10, 1944, Yung dedicated her life to providing for her family. For many years, she worked diligently at two jobs, spending her days as a skilled seamstress and her evenings as a friendly waitress. Her passion for cooking brought warmth to her home, and she found constant inspiration and enjoyment in watching cooking shows. 

Yung's memory will be cherished by her son, David, and her three beloved grandchildren, Max, Ziggy, and Benji.
